您在本App「設定個人資料」頁面所填寫的姓名、行動電話號碼、住址、重要提醒，以及緊急聯絡人的姓名、關係、電話與住址，皆以加密方式僅儲存於本App在您手機內的專屬儲存空間，不會上傳保存於警政署，也不會分享給其他App。這些資料完全由您掌控，您可以隨時以下列任一方式自行刪除，無須向本署提出申請：

1. 開啟本App →「設定個人資料」→ 將要刪除的欄位內容清空 → 點選「儲存」。
2. 開啟手機「設定」→「應用程式」→「110視訊報案」→「儲存空間」→ 點選「清除資料」。此操作會一次刪除本App儲存在您手機內的全部個人資料。
3. 移除（卸載）本App。移除時系統會一併刪除本App儲存在您手機內的全部資料。

以上任一方式完成後，資料即自您的手機永久刪除。

當您實際使用本App撥打110報案時，您的即時視訊與語音、報案當時的所在位置，以及您已在「設定個人資料」中填寫的資料，會傳送至內政部警政署110受理平台，並作為受理報案與案件處理的紀錄留存。
如您要查詢、閱覽、製給複製本、補充、更正、請求停止蒐集處理利用，或請求刪除這部分的個人資料，請以下列任一方式提出，並敘明您的姓名、聯絡電話，以及報案的日期、時間與地點，以便我們核對您的身分並查找對應紀錄：

我們將依個人資料保護法第13條第2項規定，於收到您的請求後30日內為准駁之決定；
必要時得予延長，延長之期間不得逾30日，並以書面通知您延長的原因。

依個人資料保護法第11條第3項規定，個人資料因執行職務所必須者，得不予刪除。您的報案紀錄如仍屬警察機關辦理案件、刑事偵查、司法程序或其他法定職務所必須，或依檔案法及相關規定應予保存者，我們將婉拒或部分婉拒您的刪除請求，並以書面向您說明理由及所依據的法規。該部分資料於法定保存期限屆滿或蒐集之特定目的消失後，將依規定銷毀。

本App不提供也不需要註冊使用者帳號，因此沒有帳號資料需要刪除。

The name, mobile phone number, address and important notes you enter on the app's "Personal Information" screen, together with your emergency contact's name, relationship, phone number and address, are stored in encrypted form only in this app's private storage area on your own device. They are not uploaded to or retained by the National Police Agency, and they are not shared with any other app. This data is entirely under your control and you may delete it at any time by any of the following, without submitting a request to us:

1. Open the app -> "Personal Information" -> clear the fields you wish to remove -> tap "Save".
2. On your device, go to Settings -> Apps -> "110 Video Reporting" -> Storage -> tap "Clear data". This deletes all personal data the app has stored on your device at once.
3. Uninstall the app. Uninstalling also deletes all data the app has stored on your device. Once any of the above is completed, the data is permanently removed from your device.

When you actually place a 110 report through this app, your live video and audio, your location at the time of the report, and any information you have already entered on the "Personal Information" screen are transmitted to the National Police Agency's 110 dispatch platform and retained as a record of the report and of how the case was handled.
To inquire about, review, obtain a copy of, supplement, correct, request cessation of the collection, processing or use of, or request deletion of this data, please contact us by any of the following, stating your name,contact telephone number, and the date, time and location of the report, so that we can verify your identity and locate the corresponding record:

In accordance with Article 13, Paragraph 2 of the Personal Data Protection Act, we will grant or refuse your request within 30 days of receiving it.
Where necessary this period may be extended by no more than a further 30 days, and we will notify you in writing of the reason for the extension.

Under Article 11, Paragraph 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, personal data may be retained where retention is necessary for the performance of official duties. If your report record is still required for police case handling, criminal investigation, judicial proceedings or other statutory duties, or must be retained under the Archives Act and related regulations,we will refuse or partially refuse your deletion request and will explain the reason and the legal basis to you in writing. Such data will be destroyed in accordance with regulations once the statutory retention period expires or the specific purpose of collection no longer exists.

This app neither offers nor requires user account registration, so there is no account data to delete.
