Renewal of Educational Cooperation Memorandum between the National Police Agency and Henry C. Lee College
The National Police Agency (NPA) held a signing ceremony to renew its Memorandum of Understanding on educational cooperation with Henry C. Lee College of Criminal Justice and Forensic Sciences at the University of New Haven in the United States. The memorandum was signed by NPA Director-General Huang Ming-Chao and Dr. Lee Chang Yuh, Honorary Professor at the college.

Dr. Henry Chang-Yu Lee expressed his honor in representing Dr. Sheahon Zenger, President of the University of New Haven, and Dr. Mario Gaboury, Dean of the Henry C. Lee College, at the signing ceremony. He expressed gratitude for the support of the National Police Agency, highlighting the outstanding performance and dedication of the police officers sent for further training in the United States, leaving a profound impression on the college's faculty and students from around the world.

Director-General Huang Ming-Chao emphasized the importance of nurturing highly skilled professionals in the police force as an ongoing priority. He noted that this cross-disciplinary talent cultivation signifies the NPA's commitment to combat emerging types of crime effectively, sowing the seeds of hope for the future. Additionally, he expressed the NPA's deep appreciation for the support and assistance of Dr. Mario Gaboury, Dean of the Henry C. Lee College, and Dr. Dr. Henry Chang-Yu Lee, in renewing the memorandum. This renewal not only signifies the college's recognition of the NPA's commitment to talent cultivation but also represents a new milestone in deepening cooperation between the two parties.
