The National Police Agency (NPA), Ministry of the Interior, will conduct the “2025 Public Satisfaction Survey on Police Traffic Law Enforcement and Accident Handling” from November 17 to 21. The survey aims to assess public perceptions of police traffic law enforcement in Taiwan and gauge satisfaction across various aspects of police traffic operations. The findings will serve as an important reference for future planning and improvements in traffic enforcement strategies.

The survey will be carried out via telephone interviews and will target residents aged 18 and above. The NPA has commissioned Trend Survey & Research Co., Ltd. to conduct the polling. The NPA kindly asks those selected for interviews to share their genuine views. All responses will be used solely for aggregate statistical analysis in accordance with the Statistics Act and will not be used for any other purpose.
