The National Police Agency, Ministry of the Interior, will conduct the Public Satisfaction Survey on Public Security from January 23 to February 9, 2026.
To better understand public perceptions of public security and overall police services across counties and cities during the second half of 2025, and to serve as a reference for planning and improving public security policies, the National Police Agency(NPA) will conduct this survey from January 23 to February 9, 2026.

The survey will be carried out through telephone interviews and is commissioned to two professional polling organizations: Apollo Survey & Research Co., Ltd. and Trend Survey & Research Co., Ltd. The target respondents are citizens aged 18 years and above.

The NPA kindly requests that selected respondents share their genuine personal opinions. All information collected in this survey will be handled in accordance with the Statistics Act and will be used solely for overall statistical analysis, and will not be used for any other purposes. Respondents may therefore participate with confidence.

If you have any questions regarding this survey, please contact the Public Service Center of the NPA at (02) 2321-9011, extension 2001 or 2002, or call the 1996 Ministry of the Interior Service Hotline for verification.

In addition, to enhance public awareness and prevention of fraud, the NPA has established the “165 Anti-Fraud Dashboard” website (https://165dashboard.tw). Through intuitive data, real case analyses, and engaging stories, the platform helps the public quickly understand national and local fraud trends and provides key prevention tips to avoid falling victim to scams. The public is encouraged to make full use of this resource.
